Our Story
D2 is more than a dirt and land-work company — it's a family-run operation rooted in generations of farming heritage. As a third-generation farmer, the owner lives and breathes land work and the craft of running big machinery the right way.
He moved south from the cold north about 15 years ago and brought his lifetime of equipment experience with him. He launched D2 after realizing his machines deserved more opportunities to tackle meaningful projects across North Central Florida — clearing overgrown trails, bush hogging thick brush, mowing between pine rows, installing fence, and any other heavy land transformation a property needs.

D2 also recently acquired an established fence & land-services operation based out of Crystal River — bringing on additional equipment, a deeper crew bench, and over a decade of fencing reputation across Levy, Citrus, Marion, and Hernando counties. The result: one team, one number to call, full coverage from clearing to fence install to drainage to fill dirt.

Why We Don't Publish "Starting At" Prices
"Starting at $X" numbers are misleading. A 200-ft fence on flat ground costs nothing like a 200-ft fence through palmetto. A clearing job in sandy soil grades differently than one in clay. So we don't pretend — we come out, look at the actual property, and give you a real, written number you can plan around. Free site visit, no commitment, no pressure.
