Our Story
At D2, we're more than just a dirt and land work company — we're a proud, family-run business rooted in generations of farming heritage. As third-generation farmers, we live and breathe land work and the thrill of operating big machinery.
Brothers Dominic and Allen moved south from the cold north 15 years ago, bringing their deep-rooted passion for the land with them. Together with their sons, they launched D2 after realizing their powerful equipment deserved more opportunities to tackle meaningful projects.
Whether it's clearing overgrown trails, bush hogging thick brush, mowing between pine tree rows, or handling any heavy land transformation you need — we do it all with precision, care, and the reliability that only comes from true family ownership.
We've also partnered with Matt Bayer, a fence contractor out of Crystal River with a strong reputation for quality fencing across Levy, Citrus, Marion, and Hernando counties. Together, D2 is a true one-stop shop: fencing, land clearing, forestry mulching, bush hogging, drainage, and fill dirt.
